    If you are interested in one-on-one nutrition coaching, I would love to talk with you! I invite you to schedule a 15 minute initial consultation with me to answer any questions you may have about the coaching program. During this call, we will also briefly discuss your wellbeing and any health concerns to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.

  • Health History Session

    This 60 minute session is an important part of the coaching program that involves getting to know each other and gathering detailed information about your past and current health. I will listen compassionately to your story as we discuss your challenges and goals.

  • 3 Month Flourish Program

    You will get 3 months of one-on-one coaching (6 sessions). During these 60 minute sessions, we will develop a comprehensive and personalized approach to improving your health and wellbeing, designed to empower you to make lasting changes to your lifestyle and achieve your health goals.
